The Birmingham Centre for Rail Research and Education are holding a lunchtime seminar titled 'In What Circumstances is Investment in High Speed Rail Worthwhile ?' (Prof. Chris Nash, Leeds University) on the 6th March 2008 in Room NG16 at the Gisbert Kapp Building (EECE), University of Birmingham. There is no charge for attendance, the seminar begins at 1.00 p.m. with a sandwich lunch provided at 12.30 .
